Double victory on short distance race Clermont

Last sunday the yearlings were basketted for a short distance race out of Clermont (200km). The yearling 869-20 managed to win a double victory against 203 old birds and against 120 yearlings. The 869-20 is a direct son of Axl-Ike and daughter Bordeaux, who are the parents of first prize winner Tulle Florian (see Flying pigeons) and other sons managed to win 5 times top 100 national. The pigeons are starting to train better around the lofts and hopefully the temperature will start rising in the next weeks so the pigeon can attain their best condition for the long distance flights in June and July.
