1st prize Souillac and Brive

Due to COVID19 pigeon racing was for quite some time not allowed. Luckily the season started eventually, although a little later than expected. On Souillac and Brive this year 2 Loobuyck pigeons were victorious in the local club ‘Fondclub Eeklo’. After the excellent results from Agen, one week later ‘Matchbox’ won the race from Souillac, resulting in a nice 7th place against 6668 pigeon on the national level. ‘Matchbox’ is a direct son of the wonderbreeder ‘Fonne’.

Not only from Agen a descendant of our 1st national ace pigeon KBDB 2016 ‘Spirit’ won a top national prize but also from Brive a grandchild of ‘Spirit’ managed to triumph and capture the 1st place against 106 pigeons, resulting in a 22th place national. The future is assured with the ‘Spirit’ breeding lines.

The best allround pigeon on the Loobuyck lofts during this irregular season was ‘Wout’ who won 2nd Vierzon, 4th Brive, 7th Souillac, 11th Limoges. It doesn’t come as a surprise that this ‘Wout’ is also a grandchild of ‘Spirit’.
